I agree, I agree: blue is overused as a sign of trust, dependability, and strength as a corporate brand.
But pink? Hmmmm…
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not afraid of pink or wearing pink. I once got a bunch of old school IT technicians to follow a pink polo Friday.
However, the new trend in pink seems very trendy to this creative marketer. And poor AirBNB, it didn’t help when Foursquare jumped on your pink train. Nor are you going to be very excited that we’re jumping in the trendy train too:
We want in on that “charm, politeness, sensitivity, tenderness, sweetness, childhood, the feminine, and the romantic” feeling too.
…now the next step is figuring out how to engage everyone’s #dirtyoldman with our logo…
